- Experience in:
- Calibrations, repairs and troubleshooting
- Review and maintenance of chlorination equipment Calibration of chlorination equipment.

- Perform advanced calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
- Maintain an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems.
- Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
- Evaluate the current calibration cycles and make appropriate changes to optimize the calibration program.
- Develop and maintain a detailed training program for the team in order to develop team's knowledge in all areas of the plant.
- Develop, revise, and review SOPs for related areas.
- Design, install, configure, and start-up multiple instruments and microprocessor based controllers used for process control.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems for computer based process control systems.
- Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
- Start-up of new equipment to ensure it meets all instrumentation design specifications.
- Assist with the development and lead in the execution of validation documents for instrumentation equipment.
