- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and analytical tools to support engineering teams.
- Analyze, automate, and process engineering and test datasets using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
- Build scalable, secure visualization solutions aligned with engineering data architecture and digital thread standards.
- Integrate diverse data sources (e.g., flight test data, simulation outputs, PLM data, operational metrics) into unified analytical views.
- Create knowledge graph and ontology-based visualizations to represent system relationships and dependencies.
- Define and implement best practices for data integration, visualization design, and performance optimization.
- Partner with engineers to translate technical questions into actionable insights.
- Mentor engineers and analysts on visualization tools, data modeling, and data quality.
- Participate in Agile sprints, owning user stories, backlog items, and deliverables.
- Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally when circumstances permit.

- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Experience in data visualization, analytics, or software development.
- Experience in a lead developer or solution architect capacity.
- Proven track record of supporting engineering programs or technical teams with data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development, data modeling, performance tuning).
- Experience with PowerBI and Power Apps
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience integrating engineering data sources.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic data models.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Familiarity with digital engineering practices, including MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) or digital thread workflows.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to knowledge graph tools (Anzo, Neo4j, etc.)
