- Participate in the design and development of secure Voice and Networking communication products, including System on Chip (SoC)/System on Module (SoM), microcontrollers, and FPGA-based systems.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of electronics packaging designs, schematic capture, and hardware requirements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining procurement documentation, including Source Control Drawings (SCD), Interface Control Documents (ICD), and Top-Level Kit Drawings.
- Support the creation and management of System Hardware Requirement Specifications (SHRS) to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Participate in Preliminary Engineering Review Process (PREP) reviews to ensure design integrity and alignment with program objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet military and dual-use commercial application standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with support from senior engineering staff.

- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Experience in electrical design and development, with a focus on communication systems or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in schematic capture, hardware design, and electronics packaging.
- Knowledge of microcontroller, FPGA, and SoC/SoM architectures.
- Experience in creating technical documentation, such as SCDs, ICDs, and hardware requirement specifications.
- Experience with military communication systems or dual-use technologies.
- Familiarity with aircraft-certified end instruments or related systems.
- Understanding of voice and networking communication standards.
