- Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve high levels of performance and member service.
- Establish performance goals aligned with the credit union's strategic objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Drive loan production, deposit growth, and membership expansion.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing members.
- Promote credit union products including consumer loans, auto loans, mortgages, and deposit services.
- Represent the credit union in community and networking events.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to all members.
- Resolve escalated member concerns effectively and professionally.
- Promote financial solutions that meet members' financial needs.
- Ensure branch operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cash controls, operational procedures, and security protocols.
- Monitor operational efficiency and workflow within the branch.
- Partner with IT leadership to support core system optimization, digital banking initiatives, and operational automation.
- Monitor branch performance indicators including: Loan production, Deposit growth, Member growth and Cross-selling results
- Report branch performance to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum *5–7 years of experience in financial institutions*.
- At least *3 years in branch management or supervisory leadership*.
- *Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)*.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Business development and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of credit union or banking operations.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
