- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
- Ensures exceptional guest service, supporting the service team, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Provides excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, leading the team.
- Act as a liaison between guests, servers, and management, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assist in training and guiding servers to uphold hotel and restaurant service standards.
- Supervise service flow, ensuring timely and efficient order-taking, food delivery, and table maintenance.
- Assist in coordinating reservations, seating, and table assignments for smooth service execution.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff to ensure efficient operation.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons, taking orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of drinks.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, including countertops, equipment, and glassware.
- Maintain accurate cash register records and report any discrepancies to the Manager.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and efficiency.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
- Hospitality oriented
- Previous experience as a Lead Server or in a similar role in a high-end hospitality setting. (at least 2-3 years of experience.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand for long periods, able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
