What We're Looking ForRequired:
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in operations, healthcare administration, consulting, practice management, or a prior Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant role where you significantly outgrew the title
  • Exceptional writing ability — you will draft in someone else's voice daily, and it needs to be indistinguishable from the real thing
  • Fluency with AI tools, particularly Claude AI — you should already be using AI to multiply your output, not just experimenting with it
  • Obsessive organization — you track everything, nothing falls through, and you think two steps ahead
  • Comfort making judgment calls on behalf of the CEO and pushing back when something doesn't make sense
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Strong verbal communication — you'll represent the CEO to physicians, attorneys, vendors, and team members
Strongly Preferred:
  • Healthcare, medical practice management, or professional services background
  • Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar business operating frameworks
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
  • Experience managing executive recruiting processes
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Puerto Rico

  • $85,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
