- Directly manage the ordering process in the unit.
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Directly manage unit scheduling, managers, and crew members.
- Provide leadership to managers and crew members to achieve company standards.
- Assist with assigning and defining areas of responsibility for leadership.
- Direct the team toward achieving goals.
- Maintain a positive work environment for both the management team and staff.
- Ensure workplace safety, following all safety policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive management experience in a Supply Chain Operation.
- Previous experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations with multiple direct reports.
- Proven track record of success in inventory control management.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of LEAN principles, OSHA regulations, Safety Practices, GMPs, and HACCP.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Software.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
