- Lead and develop a high‑performing team of business architects and automation specialists.
- Define and enforce lifecycle development standards for automation solutions, from design to monitoring, aligned with institutional policies.
- Mentor junior and senior architects, sharing best practices and providing technical guidance.
- Manage team capacity, priorities, and multiple projects to ensure on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.
- Design end‑to‑end automation solutions aligned with business goals, including architecture, implementation, and scalability.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement, optimization, and performance of automation solutions.
- Lead POCs and evaluation of new automation technologies before full‑scale adoption.
- Partner with business, IT, security, and project teams to gather requirements, mitigate risk, and ensure compliant delivery (IT, SOX, regulatory).
- Establish and maintain automation frameworks, documentation, KPIs, and success metrics to measure impact.
- Report progress, outcomes, and insights to senior leadership while promoting a culture of responsible automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or certifications in automation, business process management, or related technologies is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business process automation, with at least 3+ years in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or other automation technologies.
- Strong background in business process management and reengineering.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions in complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with process modeling, business analysis, and process optimization techniques.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.
- Ability to think strategically and drive long-term automation initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of both business and technical aspects of automation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
