Analyzes inventory levels, inventory positioning, planned production, and sales forecasts. Develops and maintains inputs to the inventory system, including network changes, promotional events, and new product introductions.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventory at customer accounts as scheduled.
  • Actively participates in resolving discrepant inventory levels at customer accounts.
  • Analysis of stagnant inventory management and propose possible inventory level improvements.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts.
  • Ensure expired, and short-dated units are identified, segregated, and returned physically and virtually to the warehouse.
  • Build credibility, trust, and respect from internal and external customers.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Customer Care to ensure effective fulfillment of customer orders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
  • Bachelor’s degree required plus 1 – 2 years relevant inventory planning experience, preferably in the medical device industry, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Exposure to and/or experience working in a supply chain/operations environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong process, project, and time management skills with the ability to organize and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
