- Continuously prepares and delivers memos, presentations, dashboards, and reports to maintain key stakeholders communicated and aligned on the strategic progress and direction.
- Monitors and manages the BPPR deposit products profitability.
- Provides budget and forecast assumptions to support the Finance team in such processes.
- Responsible for the pricing strategy of BPPR deposit products. Analyzes, proposes, and implements changes in fees to achieve product competitiveness, profitability, and compliance.
- Continuously conducts industry research and stays updated with latest deposit product trends and regulations.
- Completes competitive analysis through research and mystery shopping to ensure competitiveness of BPPR deposit products.
- Responsible for rationalizing existing products and for developing new account products or features. Owner of the design, development, pilot and launch of deposit solutions to meet client needs.
- Ensures Lean operational processes supporting deposit products.
- Leads overall internal and external communication strategy related to BPPR deposit products.
- Manages internal communications to BPPR salesforce. Serves as liaison and provides guidance to the Marketing Division about the marketing strategy supporting deposit products.
- Becomes the point of contact with Customer Knowledge and other internal BPPR teams with respect to customer satisfaction.
- Leads customer satisfaction initiatives to improve NPS.
- Ensures exceptional user experience with deposit products.
- Develops and revises training content in collaboration with the channels to ensure employee readiness to offer and manage deposit products.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (intermediate/advanced level) and Spanish (advanced level).
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
- Data and business analysis with the ability to establish conclusions.
- Strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence.
- Project management skills.
- Presentation and Storytelling skills.
- High level of organization to establish priorities, simultaneously work with multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
