Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position. Working knowledge of applicable sanitation standards. Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance standards. Provide supervision, coaching, counseling and training to room attendants, laundry attendants and public areas attendants. Coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, managing budgets, and maintaining inventory of supplies. Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and making recommendations for purchases. Conducting regular inspections of rooms and facilities, identifying areas needing improvement, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborating with other departments, such as the front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35, - $40, per yearBenefits:
