*Job Summary:*BonVoyage Casino is looking for a Surveillance Agent that will be responsible for the monitoring and recording of all casino activity including but not limited to; Table Games, Slot Machines, Cage, Player Services, Count Room, Entrances/Exits, Man Traps, Casino Bar and Kitchenette._*Duties/Responsibilities:*_
  • Monitor table games and slot activities, monitor cage transactions, armored car pick-ups, and all areas involving chip and TITO sales or redemptions. Ensure adherence to Slot Count and Soft Count procedures, while also supervising non-gaming areas across the casino, including entrances and exits.
  • Report all irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor.
  • Report all activities and complete logs and reports as required.
  • Monitor alarms and related areas, reporting and logging same.
  • Maintain appropriate daily logs.
  • Verifies Jackpots as required in Slot Machines(review and complete reports).
  • Verifies Jackpots as required in Table Games (review and complete reports).
  • Assists in the training of agents/observers/officers as required.
  • Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31, Privacy of Information Act, Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act, USAPATRIOT Act, OFAC,FCRA , FTC requirements and must comply with PRTC Regulations. The casino Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Procedures
_*Qualifications:*_
  • Previous experience in security in a casino or similar environment is a must.
  • Croupier Certification
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of casino operations, including cash handling procedures and gaming regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
  • Will be required to work various shifts and weekends.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
