- Receive and review customer agreements.
- Process customer set:up requests.
- Create customer files documenting customer service agreements, initial account set:up, subsequent maintenance, billing, and service claims.
- Provide technical assistance to Cash Mgmt. Sales staff in the Region as well as external customers.
- Track customer inquiries and claims and submit statistics to the management.
- Refer any customized product requests to product management team.
- Keep all team members aware of any relevant situation regarding their customers.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls related to BSA and transferring funds.
- Adhere to established projects as assigned.
- Handle customer service calls directly as required.
- Assist with the training of new staff membersEducationA minimum of 60 credits approved or equivalent combination of education and related experienceNote: Related experience refers to the professional background related to the responsibilities and skills required for the positionExperienceAt least two (2) years of experience in customer service and banking operations.Additional Requirements- Effective oral and written communication skills in English (fluent) and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
- Adaptability to change with a positive, continuous learning mindset.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi:task.
