Position Summary:The successful candidate is responsible for supervising and managing the daily operations of the Genesis Parts Department. Supervises the Parts Retail Specialist, ensuring parts procurement process of Parts is performed efficiently, accurately and on time as required by the Genesis Service Department.Responsibilities:
  • Attends internal and external parts customer
  • Manages daily parts inventory and reports findings to Post Sales Manager.
  • Prepares and submits for stock and special orders parts requisitions/orders to Sojitz Parts Warehouse.
  • Responsible for the parts upload to Automate DMS after warehouse physical dispatch and Parts Retail Specialist confirmation of parts received.
  • Revise and update Genesis Parts inventory Parts Sales Price and Part DNP.
  • Responsible for the completeness of process on SAP & Auto/Mate of parts dispatch by Sojitz Parts Warehouse and part received in Genesis Parts Department.
  • Responsible of Genesis Parts Warehouse organization and Genesis Parts Warehouse Locations.
  • Responsible for the preparation of quotes and invoices of internal and external parts customers.
  • Responsible for authorization and processing OTC invoices, refunds and returns.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or a degree from technical institution, preferred.
  • Three (3) years of experience in automotive parts warehouse.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Auto/Mate, CDK, Mitchell and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) a plus.
  • Valid PR driver's license
  • Team and customer service oriented, strong personal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish / English)
