Summary:This is a full-time, on-site role for a proactive, highly organized, and detailed-oriented Facilities Manager, who will visit commercial properties on a weekly basis, all over the Island. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating real estate projects, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and facilitating expediting processes. They will also manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.The Facilities Manager supports the Owner in overseeing operations of facilities, and project-level responsibilities. Coordinates and integrates the appropriate elements and details, associated with the completeness of projects, including the activities of all third-party companies.· Performs daily, weekly, and/or monthly inspections of all areas of the facilities.· Recommends and directs maintenance, alterations, and reconditioning of properties, as necessary.· Have lists of various vendors for each task, to contact as needed. Requests for vendor services and supervises, as required.· Review scopes of work, budgets, and schedules of jobs.· Coordinates and supervises all routine maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance work, and capital projects.· Perform regular inspections to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.· Keep detailed records of repair and maintenance work, to follow-up, prepare reports, and send them to the client. Make recommendations as necessary.· Anticipate and respond to owner's needs and concerns.· Support onsite management employees to ensure optimum performance. Addresses complaints and resolves problems with the assistance and guidance of CC and legal counsel if necessary.· Perform any additional duties as assigned.

  • Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles
  • Skills in Inspection tasks
  • Logistics Management experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (Proficient in both Spanish and English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, and other software.
  • Have an auto in good condition and a valid driver's license, to visit properties across all the Island.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Must have flexible schedule availability, including Morning, Afternoon, Weekends, and Holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
Pay: $40, - $50, per yearWork Location: In person
