Female Spa Attendant - La Concha Resort

• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests in the spa, according to company standards, anticipatse and addresses guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a serene and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensures that all stations—water, refreshments, locker room supplies—are stocked.
• Ensures that guests are outfitted with appropriate robe and slippers.
• Escorts guests to treatment rooms and provides assistance as needed.
• Supports therapists to ensure that all treatment rooms are stocked with appropriate products and supplies.
• Assists females in their experience in the spa.
• Serves guests at the spa while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and is up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
• Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor.
• Completes safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.

• Hospitality oriented
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. Min. 1 year.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Ability to move, lift, carry and transfer weights up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
