a. Water cooled chillers
b. ETO process air cooled chillers
c. Cooling Towers
d. Boilers (two 80 HP boilers to support ETO operation and two 20 HP boilers to support Compression molding area)
e. Perform Emergency Generators Prev. Maintenance (only visual verification and operational parameters data collection)
f. Perform required walkthrough and Monitoring Tasking to additional equipment’s as CHP and PRASA system (not PM or CM)
g. Receive Diesel (2 times per week) and Propane Gas (3 times per week) at facility
h. RO water system annual PM (membrane replacement and system sanitization) and RO water benches (3) 6-month PM (membrane replacement and system sanitization)
i. Chilled water AHUs (14) PMs: clean drain piping, belts tension check, unit housing and gaskets verification, air filters replacement, cooling coil cleaning, blower bearing lubrication
j. Air condensing unit (30) PMs: air filter replacement, condensing water drain cleaning, refrigerant leak condition inspection, compressor electrical check, belt tension verification, fan bearings lubrication, evaporator cleaning. k. Exhaust fans: electrical & belt tension verification monthly l. Mechanical and electrical inspection and corrective maintenance, if required to laminar benches, incubators, walk-in coolers, refrigerators, hand dryers and water fountains m.
