The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the legal industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firm clients. • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues. • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. • Facilitate the onboarding process for new law firm clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings. • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including communication history and service agreements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field. • Previous experience in client services, account management, or a related role. • Must have HR Staff experience. • Understanding of the legal industry and familiarity with law firm operations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
