Employment Type: Full-Time | PermanentPeopleLift is partnering with a leading global automation and control systems integration firm to identify a Lead Control Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Emerson DeltaV.This role is designed for an experienced automation professional who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, leading project teams, and working directly with clients in highly regulated industries.You will lead end-to-end automation projects—from system architecture and functional design through implementation, testing, and commissioning—supporting organizations across Life Sciences, Specialty Chemicals, and advanced manufacturing environments.This is an opportunity to play a key technical leadership role while contributing to high-impact projects with global organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Emerson DeltaV systems, including system architecture, configuration, and implementation.Project DeliveryLead complex automation projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.Client CollaborationAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating operational requirements into robust and scalable control system solutions.Team DevelopmentMentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers while fostering strong engineering standards and knowledge sharing.Advanced Control StrategyDesign and implement Batch (ISA-88) and Continuous Control strategies within the DeltaV environment.Required QualificationsExperience5+ years of experience in Process Automation, Controls Engineering, or Systems IntegrationDeltaV ExpertiseHands-on experience with DeltaV configuration including:
