Execute smaller projects independently and participate in larger projects from concept to close-out. Support site Project Manager in project activities, estimates, bidding, safety index tracking, cashflow. Coordinate well-defined multi-disciplined projects to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, operational requirements. Facilitate project team communication. Identify technical problems and develop solutions. Oversee application of cGMP principles and promote safety in the workplace. Review and coordinate design documents, drawings, specifications, and deliverables with outside A&E firms. Prepare estimates for design, equipment, installation, labor, materials. Prepare bid packages for construction, equipment, and facilities expansion. Ensure conformance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations. Ensure contractors receive training under the PPCE program.
Requisitos:
- Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Foreman, Project Coordinator, or similar role in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, manufacturing, biotech preferred). - Experience managing multi-disciplined projects in field and industrial environments. - Knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, cGCP, and environmental regulatory guidelines. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
