- Receive daily food and beverage deliveries, verify items against purchase orders, and transport them from the loading dock to the designated storage areas for inspection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom, including shelves, floors, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
- Stock shelves and transfer food products as needed.
- Process and issue inventory to departments only with approved, signed requisitions, under the supervisor’s direction.
- Assist with end-of-period and bi-weekly inventories using the purchasing information system.
- Follow company safety and security policies, complete required training and certifications, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
- Hospitality oriented.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in storeroom operations; receiving, issuing and managing inventory.
- Ability to lift up-to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle challenging situations.
- Must have good communication skills in Spanish and English.
