  • Receive daily food and beverage deliveries, verify items against purchase orders, and transport them from the loading dock to the designated storage areas for inspection.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storeroom, including shelves, floors, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
  • Stock shelves and transfer food products as needed.
  • Process and issue inventory to departments only with approved, signed requisitions, under the supervisor’s direction.
  • Assist with end-of-period and bi-weekly inventories using the purchasing information system.
  • Follow company safety and security policies, complete required training and certifications, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Hospitality oriented.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in storeroom operations; receiving, issuing and managing inventory.
  • Ability to lift up-to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle challenging situations.
  • Must have good communication skills in Spanish and English.
