- Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
- Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
- Technical Certification with PLC, Vision Systems, sensors, packaging process, automated equipment. FDA regulations, project management and validation protocols knowledge.
- Four (4) years of previous experience
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Basic Knowledge to read and interpret specifications of blueprints for parts of equipment either electrical or mechanical drawings.
- Basic Knowledge with Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Recent experience assembling/maintaining test fixtures, Experience reading industrial wiring diagrams, Working knowledge of Lockout Tagout procedures, Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and determine a root cause.
- Experience with Galil, Delta Tau, and Allen Bradley control systems.
- Vision System understanding and programing.
- Automation equipment integrations and modifications.
