- Lead the implementation of new packaging technologies and processes for new products and changes to existing packaging operations.
- Identify and drive packaging process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, yield, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support to packaging operations for quality issues, deviations, and troubleshooting of complex process challenges.
- Develop and execute validation and qualification strategies for packaging processes, equipment, and configurations.
- Actively participate in and support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring site readiness and compliance.
- Lead or support Packaging Technology Transfer (Tech Transfer) activities, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging projects meet business, quality, and compliance objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting or leading technical projects, packaging processes, and validations.
- Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems, with both short- and long-term solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and tools used in regulated manufacturing environments.
