- Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary documentation and information for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress and identify any potential delays or issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy of project documentation.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide support for project meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders regarding documentation-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the documentation management process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to project documentation and office management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, documentation management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in project management software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus.
