Job DescriptionTitle: Project ManagerLocation: San Juan, PRPosition Type: Regular, Individual ContributorExperience: 3-5 years of related experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Project ManagementSummary:The Office and Documentation Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of office processes and the timely completion of project documentation. This individual contributor is responsible for managing deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documentation processes, including creation, organization, and maintenance of files, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary documentation and information for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress and identify any potential delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy of project documentation.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide support for project meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders regarding documentation-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the documentation management process.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to project documentation and office management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, documentation management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in project management software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus.
  • English and Spanish
