- Plan and coordinate project activities, including the allocation of resources, development of project plans, and establishment of project timelines.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure project success.
- Implement 5S methodology to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
- Mentor and train team members on project management methodologies, 5S principles, and analytical tools.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze project data using Power BI and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading root cause analysis, brainstorming sessions, and Kaizen events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish goals and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices for future projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as Black Belt Black. (Belt Certification a must).
- Broad knowledge and application experience with LEAN, process improvement, structured problem solving, TQM tools and methods.
- Demonstrated project management excellence. Track record of results.
- Strategic business acumen and deployment: taking creative action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a strategic systematic approach to decision-making.
- Excellent team facilitation skills. Build teams in a collaborative work style: Previous successful experience in team building and motivating others.
- Strong Leadership and Change Agent skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility.
- Able to overcome obstacles using positive facilitation, teamwork, and influence through building and maintaining relationships.
