Our products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients.Serve as the thought and process leader for the growth of the problem-solving discipline within the company. Under the guidance of the Plant Manager, this position is accountable for driving sustainable process improvement / project work within organization. The incumbent will have the ownership of processes to create, maintain and improve standards. Responsible for overseeing and executing all steps of projects, from inception to completion, utilizing their expertise in project management, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology, and Power BI analytics. This role requires a hands-on approach to project execution, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, incompliance with our current regulations and within budget.Basic Functions:Execute all phases of projects, including planning, organizing, scheduling, implementing, and monitoring. Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and project objectives are achieved. Implement project management best practices to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and risk management. Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, performance metrics, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including the allocation of resources, development of project plans, and establishment of project timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure project success.
  • Implement 5S methodology to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
  • Mentor and train team members on project management methodologies, 5S principles, and analytical tools.
  • Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analyze project data using Power BI and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading root cause analysis, brainstorming sessions, and Kaizen events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish goals and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices for future projects.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as Black Belt Black. (Belt Certification a must).
  • Broad knowledge and application experience with LEAN, process improvement, structured problem solving, TQM tools and methods.
  • Demonstrated project management excellence. Track record of results.
  • Strategic business acumen and deployment: taking creative action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a strategic systematic approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent team facilitation skills. Build teams in a collaborative work style: Previous successful experience in team building and motivating others.
  • Strong Leadership and Change Agent skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility.
  • Able to overcome obstacles using positive facilitation, teamwork, and influence through building and maintaining relationships.
  • Knowledge in Power BI is a differential
