Job DescriptionThe Senior Accountant will have a minimum of 5 years of senior accounting/financial leadership experience in a company that has demonstrated significant growth both organically and acquisitively. In addition, the senior accountant will be a very hands-on team player approach with experience building financial functions from the ground up with a lean team, while helping scale a business organically, as well as through acquisitions.Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance all aspects of the day-to-day accounting functions, including financial analysis, chart of account design, planning, budgeting and forecasting, revenue cycle management, cost management, accounting and other controls, treasury, tax, financial reporting and audit.
Provide overall leadership and build out the company's management reporting, financial planning and budgeting processes.
Operate as a strategic partner to the Co-Founder and Commercial Director and the Co-Founder and President and rest of the team.
Provide effective and visible accounting leadership, ensuring the development of required financial capabilities for the company. Recruit, retain and develop talent as needed and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
Partner with the Co-Founders to ensure the organizational infrastructure can scale effectively with rapid growth.
Develop a strategic plan and drive revenue and EBITDA growth.

Desired Outcomes

Review and solidify chart of accounts to respond to the company's business needs.
Develop, produce and circulate to Co-Founders the financial reports necessary to monitor gross margins per country, line of business and client.
Provide and maintain the accounting infrastructure required to expand the scale of the business over the next five years.
Enhance visibility into key business drivers by establishing a more rigorous data and analytics function with robust dashboards.
Build and retain a top-tier team across as needed across all areas of the accounting functions.

Ideal Experience

Accounting/Financial leadership experience.
An experienced leader and accounting/financial executive with appropriate full accounting cycle, revenue cycle management and potentially multi-site experience. Having healthcare services industry experience although not a requirement is desirable.
Tactical hands-on experience.
Experience building robust accounting/finance functions from the ground up for rapidly growing company.
Quickbooks/Intuit experience.
Experience working with Quickbooks/Intuit products, preferably Quickbooks Online.
