The Business Analyst monitors, evaluates, and communicates the performance of the Company's operating systems. Acts as a liaison with system providers and internal users to improve processes and achieve optimal system functionality.Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Monitoring Company's operating systems to improve processes and functionality.
Analyzing system usage through data modeling; maintaining and documenting functional and technical information on system changes.
Proactively identifying and documenting business situations and errors requiring system changes or operational efficiencies development.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related areas, with four years (4) of similar experience in the bank, investment or insurance industry.
Proficiency in XML file management and computer systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI.
Ability to handle high work volumes and meet deadlines.
Complete bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
