Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced MES Program Manager to lead and govern Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives aligned to the Ponce Manufacturing site. This role requires strong project/program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and experience delivering MES implementations in regulated manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English) and capable of managing complex integrations, budgets, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders from planning through go-live and hypercare.Required QualificationsFluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Practical experience leading and managing execution of technical projects or operational initiativesAdvanced knowledge of project/program management methodologies and governanceExperience managing cross-functional enterprise initiatives with downstream organizational impactsAbility to manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and vendor deliverablesStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience working in manufacturing or regulated environments preferredAbility to travel bi-weekly to Ponce, Puerto Rico (if not local)Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide overall program leadership and governance for MES initiatives, including objectives, success metrics, operating cadence, and escalation pathsPlan, execute, and monitor MES projects from initiation through delivery, managing integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across cross-functional teamsServe as the primary liaison between project teams, site leadership, functional partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely decision-makingManage financial and resource aspects of the program including budgets, forecasts, SOW execution, vendor performance, and resource allocationAssess complex project issues and develop effective resolutions to meet productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction goalsLead risk, issue, and change management activities ensuring adherence to PMO, quality, and enterprise standardsProvide executive-level status reporting including progress, risks, milestones, and financialsDrive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and execution consistencyCapture lessons learned and implement best practices for future MES initiativesPreferred ExperienceEnd-to-end MES program delivery (planning ? go-live ? hypercare)Experience with Critical Manufacturing (CM MES)MES deployment in regulated manufacturing environments (validation, compliance, eDHR)MES integrations with ERP and shop-floor systemsVendor/SOW management experienceExperience with manufacturing equipment connectivity and automation systems
