- Bachelor's degree in business administration with concentration in Accounting and/or Finance; Engineering, Information Systems, or higher degree such as MBA or JD.

- Oral and written Communication in Spanish and English. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Demonstrates group presentation skills.
