- Lead financial reporting team in the planning, drafting, reviewing, and issuance of financial reports, such as 10-K, 10-Q, statutory financial statements, Basel III, and others.
- Supervise the team in charge of providing technical accounting guidance to the Bank, including the drafting and reviewing of technical memos.
- Lead efforts in creating accounting policies and procedures that are aligned with the Bank's process, as well as applicable frameworks and industry standards.
- Continuously revise and update internal processes, measurements, programs, and policies to improve expected outcomes
- Plan, coordinate and manage strategic goals by defining objectives, evaluating outcomes, trends and options. Establish initiatives to promote cost efficiency, improve services and productivity, and minimize overlapping efforts.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Coach and develop employees. Foster a spirit of teamwork allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or AccountingExperienceAt least six years of experience in accounting and/or financial reporting.
