DescriptionOur Client, a Fortune top tier multinational Company with a global service offered from Puerto Rico for data services and solutions for their worldwide supply chain services is hiring a Senior Front -End Software Engineer. This position is responsible for the design, build and maintain modern, user centric web applications that power the enterprise data analytics and digital platforms.Experience Required
  • Expertise in front end software engineering.
  • Strong foundation in user experience and interface design, ensuring applications are accessible, and visually consistent
  • Close collaboration with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, quality assurance engineers to translate business and user requirements into high quality front -end solutions to support the supply chain analytics ecosystem
  • Help define front-end engineering standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain React JS = Type Script enterprise -grade web applications using modern front-end architecture patterns (component driven development, modular design, reusable libraries).
  • Build responsive and accessible user experiences for data rich portals (dashboards, workflow screens, data exploration).
  • Translate modern UX designs (wireframes/user flows/prototypes) into production -ready implementations.
  • Apply user-centered design principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Portal Development team (web portal developers and Product UX/UI designer to ensure seamless API integration.
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.x).
  • Implement monitoring and logging using tools like data dog or Prometheus Grafana and Elastic Stack to ensure high service reliability.
  • Collaborate with QA and the rest of the software development team members to ensure high code quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, computer engineering or related technical field
  • 5 plus years of experience in front-end software development for enterprise, Saas, or data analytics platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, and Type Script, plus experience with modern front-end frameworks, patterns and libraries (React Router, MUI, Tailwind, Vite, ESLint/Prettier).
  • Experience with RESTful & OpenAPI and GraphQL design.
  • Proven experience implementing UI designs from tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end integration patterns.
  • Experience working with modern build tools, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Operations are in Puerto Rico and requires living and or moving to Puerto Rico.
