Length of Contract: 3 months +Position Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of the implementation
of a Supplier Risk Monitoring System across six (6) manufacturing sites. Ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
The system will consolidate and analyze supplier-related risk data by integrating four (4) distinct data sources. Data will be transferred automatically via electronic interfaces into a centralized platform that will compile, visualize, and analyze supplier risk information to support proactive risk identification and decision-making.Responsibilities:
- Establish project governance structure, roles, escalation paths, and serve as the primary point of contact across six manufacturing sites, IT/data integration teams, supplier risk and sourcing stakeholders, and system vendors or internal platform owners.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, milestones, and timeline to support successful completion.
- Facilitate regular project status reviews with key stakeholders and provide ongoing communication and alignment.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure delivery success.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely execution across all workstreams.
- Lead and coordinate the integration of four (4) data sets into the Supplier Risk Monitoring System, including oversight of electronic data transfer mechanisms and integration testing activities.
- Coordinate system configuration, testing, deployment activities, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) across participating sites.
- Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and system usage, and deliver final project closure report including lessons learned and handover documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing similar implementation projects within FDA regulated facilities.
- Knowledge of the Sphera application is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
