- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fully understanding their financial and training needs for their employees.
- Provide seminars, conference & trainings to our corporate clients related to Popular’s solutions (product & services).
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring that all requests, concerns, or issues are handled effectively.
- Work closely with internal business units to ensure that proposed financial solutions fully meet the needs of customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase business and profits for Popular with existing customers and new relationships.
- Provide regular management reports on customer relationship performance and growth opportunities.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (intermediate/advanced level) and Spanish (advanced level).
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Skills to deal with customers’ needs and provide excellent customer service. Having empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
- Have a results-oriented mindset and be willing to work towards achieving the business objectives.
- Negotiation skills
- Fast learner
- Availability to travel. (Puerto Rico, Vieques, Culebra & Virgin Islands)
