They are responsible for understanding client needs, providing personalized financial solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The SSO also focuses in business development by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fully understanding their financial and training needs for their employees.
Provide seminars, conference & trainings to our corporate clients related to Popular’s solutions (product & services).
Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring that all requests, concerns, or issues are handled effectively.
Work closely with internal business units to ensure that proposed financial solutions fully meet the needs of customers.
Identify opportunities to increase business and profits for Popular with existing customers and new relationships.
Provide regular management reports on customer relationship performance and growth opportunities.

EducationBachelor's DegreeExperienceMinimum of three years’ experience working in sales & service.Other Qualifications

Written and verbal communication skills in English (intermediate/advanced level) and Spanish (advanced level).
Proficiency in MS Office 365 including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skills to deal with customers’ needs and provide excellent customer service. Having empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
Have a results-oriented mindset and be willing to work towards achieving the business objectives.
Negotiation skills
Fast learner
Availability to travel. (Puerto Rico, Vieques, Culebra & Virgin Islands)
