We serve leading organizations across various industries, providing ongoing management and support to optimize their manufacturing and operational systems.Job SummaryWe are seeking an MES Support Specialist to support the development, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of MES Electronic Batch Record (eBR) solutions in a regulated manufacturing environment.This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Syncade, EBR workflow configuration, troubleshooting, change controls, and CSV support. The selected candidate will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Engineering teams to support ongoing operations, technical transfers, and capital projects.Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve MES eBR application issues
- Support eBR design, configuration, programming, and deployment
- Develop new electronic batch record templates, workflows, and forms
- Evaluate current EBR workflows and recommend system improvements
- Support Syncade configuration changes and MES enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operations and capital projects
- Support change controls, risk assessments, and CSV activities
- Maintain MES documentation, backup/restore, archiving, and administration procedures
- Provide status updates, training, and end-user support
- Support project timelines, milestones, and vendor coordination
- MES support and troubleshooting
