Mon–Thurs: Internship with DECA (hybrid)
Fridays: Professional development sessions in-person (Labs) (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Duration: 8 weeks | Paid ($15/hour)
Labs focus on:
Workplace skills and professional communication
Career readiness and navigating early work experiences
Practical tools, including AI, for research, analysis, and productivity
Applying what you learn directly to your internship experience
About DECA Analytics: DECA Analytics is a Puerto Rico-based firm specializing in financial analysis, consulting, tax incentives, and legal services, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments through AI-driven tools and local expertise.The Role: As a DECA Summer Intern, you will work on real projects with defined deliverables, collaborating directly with experienced professionals and presenting your work at the end of the program.What You'll Do:
Work on a defined project with clear deliverables
Conduct research, analysis, and documentation
Present your work at the end of the internship
Collaborate with team members and contribute to ongoing work
Who Should Apply:
2nd or 3rd year undergraduate students
Background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Law, or related
Strong work ethic, ownership, and curiosity
