- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred as Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical) and five (5) years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork skills

- Experience in:
- Process and Equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Computer Systems Validations and Process Characterization.
- Process Controls (software, electrical, and mechanical)
- Automated process, including PLC, HMI, vision systems, and motion controls.
- Injection Molding, Vision Systems, Pneumatics, Lasers, Sensors and Controls, Sealing and Packaging.

- Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
- Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiency and manufacturing techniques.
- This can include scouting and feasibility work, material and process/equipment selection, tooling/fixture selection, and equipment installation.
- Assessment of inputs, outputs, and alignment to requirements
- Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations.
- Manage Changes to Improve Process Performance.
- Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
- Recommends and implements equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies.
- Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
