Overview:The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment.Fifty-Eight Nightclub is the newest nightlife experience in San Juan, combining music and entertainment with five-star hospitality. Located in La Concha Resort, this multi-purpose venue features a one-of-a-kind dance floor with lighting and sound production unlike any other nightclub. We are confident that our team members are the key in delivering passionate and authentic hospitality service. Let’s create a collection of memories together! Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily and nightly operations of the nightclub.
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels (liquor, supplies) and coordinate ordering.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall venue presentation.
  • Conduct monthly inventory.
  • Responsible for reviewing and reconciling employee sales reports, ensuring all transactions are accurate and balanced, including cash transactions.
  • Must attend a weekly meeting as part of their responsibilities.
  • Schedule, and supervise staff (bartenders, servers, host, busers).
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Handle employee performance, discipline, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and service standards.
  • Deliver high-quality guest service and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor crowd flow and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience supervising operations in nightclubs, bars, or restaurants (2–3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of inventory management, especially liquor and supplies.
  • Experience managing staff and schedules (bartenders, servers, hosts, bussers).
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
  • Experience reviewing and reconciling sales reports.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experience.
  • Ability to maintain a safe, professional, and dynamic environment.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
