We want a hungry commission based salesperson to think big, sell big, and make big.About the JobAs an Accountant possessing 2-3 years of experience, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing our financial records, encompassing tasks such as bookkeeping, generating accounting reports, and bolstering the financial stability of our organization. This role demands a meticulous professional who excels in a dynamic setting and upholds a dedication to precision and punctuality.Duties and Responsibilities:Execute daily bookkeeping duties, encompassing tasks such as transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable.Produce precise monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting reports to facilitate financial planning and decision-making processes.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local financial regulations by studying both existing and forthcoming legislation, enforcing compliance, and advising management on necessary actions.Work collaboratively with the finance team to refine accounting procedures and enhance financial systems to drive efficiency.Assist in crafting budgets and financial projections, promptly reporting any discrepancies to senior management.Offer assistance during financial audits and implement suggestions derived from audit processes.Remain updated on the latest developments and optimal practices within the realms of accounting and finance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.Proficiency in accounting software.Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of federal, state, and local financial regulations.Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present financial information to management.Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.Authorized to work in the US.Compensation:$ 20 per hour depending on experienceBenefits:DentalVisionMedical401kPaid LeaveOthers
