- Manage the Medical Director's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
- Coordinate high-volume scheduling
- Prepare meeting notes and track follow-ups
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners
- Create and manage content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc
- Support marketing initiatives and brand visibility
- Monitor engagement and recommend improvements based on performance
- Assist with operational workflows and process improvements
- Track key metrics and support reporting efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and vendor-related tasks
- Draft and manage professional communications
- Track expenses and maintain organized records
- Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations
- Handle all personal-related requests with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
- Experience with social media content management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site operations
- Background in operations, project coordination, or marketing support
