- Invoice data entry for indirect payments and freight expenses, including coding and filling in system.
- Process check runs (two times a week).
- Process customer deposits.
- Prepare journal entries and accrual for expenses at closing.
- Petty cash custodian.
- Filing of invoices.
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience or Internship/Coop will be considered.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish oral and written.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Able to interact with multidisciplinary groups and departments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have attention to detail skills.
- Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments.
- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area.
- Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently.
- May modify process to resolve situations.
- Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments.
- May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members.
