Software Development: Lead and participate in the development of complex software solutions, ensuring code quality, scalability and efficiency.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, direction and mentoring to other developers and team members, review code and promote best practices.
Architecture Design: Contribute to architectural decisions and the design of software systems, considering scalability, performance and maintainability.
Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, debugging and solving problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including managers and the end customer.
Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance with coding standards.
Technology Assessment: Stay up to date on industry trends, evaluate new technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
Project Management Collaboration: Collaborate on project planning, estimating and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and projects.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs and system architecture.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the development team.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the implementation of effective testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
Understanding the solutions portfolio: Know the current solutions and be able to implement improvements and direction on them.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Web Development (Must)
6+ years of experience HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, Full-stack frameworks
Backend Languages (Some Knowledge) PHP, Python
Database Development (Some Knowledge)MS SQL Server, Stored Procedures
Software Design 6+ of experience Design Patterns, Bootstrap frameworks, design documents
