- Establish contact and develop relationships with doer within the client’s/prospects company
- Building prospect acquisition strategies with other sales colleagues across Aon
- Understand prospect needs and be able to articulate Aon’s solutions.
- Developing and maintaining the new business pipeline and delivering against budgeted revenue
- Build links and work closely with your colleagues on appropriately found opportunities.
- shown experience in the insurance industry in a growth capacity or related business experience. (Sales experience)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources years of shown experience.
- Puerto Rico Insurance Commissioner license (Health and Disability).
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong basic knowledge of the insurance business.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and organize work in a high-performance environment.
- Innovative, curious, and creative problem solver.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
