Work Schedule: 40 hours per weekPosition ObjectiveThe C&Q Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling the integrated Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) schedule. This role ensures alignment between documentation readiness and field execution while providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and potential impacts. The position plays a critical role in supporting timely decision-making and successful delivery within a regulated environment.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the integrated C&Q schedule (planned, actual, and forecast).
- Perform schedule impact analysis to support weekly and monthly C&Q reporting.
- Align scheduling activities with documentation preparation and execution phases (e.g., protocols, test scripts, turnover packages).
- Provide schedule inputs, metrics, and updates for weekly and monthly project forums.
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues impacting the C&Q schedule.
- Collaborate closely with project integration functions to ensure schedule alignment with overall project updates.
- Run schedule scenarios (what-if analysis) and communicate potential impacts.
- Maintain schedule control practices, including baseline management, progress updates, and forecasting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (construction, engineering, QA, and C&Q) to ensure schedule accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience developing and managing C&Q or similar regulated project schedules.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of schedule control practices (baseline, progress tracking, forecasting).
- Ability to analyze schedule impacts and communicate risks effectively.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
