Web/Sales Associate

• Prepare and pack orders as received on the WEB page.
• Validate the address of the store pickups, if the address is in Puerto Rico, write an email to confirm that they will pick up the purchase at the store. Otherwise, let the customer know the shipping cost.
• Upload inventory on WEB daily as discussed with the Supervisor
• Make sure all inventory has the correct characteristics, such as photo, sales price, sizes, product description, tags, point of sale, etc.
• Give customers a follow-up so they can pick up their order
• sEngage with customers to understand their needs.
• Assist customers in product selection, demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

• Previous experience in WEB, retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
