About GUAPIGUAPI is a fast-scaling global luxury streetwear brand, founded in **** and now recognized across the US, Japan, and Europe for its bold design, limited-edition drops, and high-profile collaborations with leading artists, athletes, and creative icons.As we enter our next phase of growth, GUAPI is seeking a visionary CEO to lead the company's transformation from a $10M business into a structured, globally dominant $30M+ fashion house — with strong market penetration across Europe, Asia, and Mexico, and entry into the white market (major global retail distribution).The MissionThe CEO will be responsible for turning GUAPI's creative success into a scalable global business, strengthening its financial structure, retail footprint, and operational excellence, while protecting the brand's DNA — luxury streetwear with a global cultural edge.You will lead the entire organization — from creative to operations — and represent GUAPI at the highest level across global partnerships, investors, and fashion events.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Growth & Global Expansion
  • Develop and execute a 3-year growth plan to scale GUAPI from $12M to $30M+ revenue.
  • Lead expansion into Europe, Asia, and Mexico, building strong regional teams, distributors, and 3PL networks.
  • Identify strategic white market entry opportunities through premium retail and department stores.
  • Oversee GUAPI's participation in international trade shows and collaborations (e.g. ComplexCon, Paris/Milan Fashion Week, Tokyo pop-ups).
2. Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing global team across operations, marketing, finance, and product.
  • Establish a strong executive leadership structure (COO, Director etc.).
  • Define KPIs, reporting systems, and accountability standards for all departments.
  • Foster a results-driven, creative, and entrepreneurial company culture.
3. Financial & Operational Management
  • Oversee P&L, budget planning, and cash flow across multi-entity structure (UAE, US, EU).
  • Ensure operational efficiency across production, logistics, and customer experience.
  • Partner with the CFO and COO to maintain profitability while supporting rapid growth.
  • Lead fundraising or investor relations initiatives if required for expansion.
4. Brand & Market Positioning
  • Strengthen GUAPI's global brand narrative and cultural positioning within the luxury streetwear market.
  • Guide marketing, creative, and retail strategy to ensure consistency and resonance across regions.
  • Oversee collaborations, licensing deals, and celebrity partnerships aligned with GUAPI's brand DNA.
  • Ensure GUAPI maintains a balance between exclusivity and scalability.
5. Partnerships & Business Development
  • Negotiate key licensing, retail, and distribution deals with international partners.
  • Develop long-term strategic alliances in fashion, music, and culture to elevate GUAPI's presence.
  • Represent GUAPI in meetings with investors, luxury groups, and major retail platforms.
Ideal Candidate
  • + years of executive experience in fashion, luxury, or streetwear.
  • Proven track record of scaling a brand globally (from $10M–$50M+).
  • Strong background in operations, finance, and international business development.
  • Deep understanding of streetwear, hype culture, and creative-led growth models.
  • Global network in fashion retail, logistics, marketing, and collaborations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic vision.
  • Fluent in English (Italian, French, or Japanese are a plus).
