  • Handle legal administrative tasks
  • Utilize property management software such as Airbnb
  • Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly via phone or email and upselling additional services when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations including Section 8 housing programs and other relevant legal requirements
