*Overview*We are building one of the fastest-growing short-term rental property management companies in San Juan.We manage a portfolio of high-quality homes and focus on delivering a great experience for both guests and property owners.We are looking for a *Weekend Operations Lead* who can take ownership of operations during the most critical days of the week.This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and keeping things running smoothly under pressure.You will be trusted to act, not wait for instructions.This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and a clear path to grow into a full-time Operations Manager position.What You'll Do

Own all weekend operations (Friday to Sunday) across multiple properties
Handle guest issues and ensure fast, effective resolutions
Coordinate with cleaning supervisor and vendors when needed
Manage handyman and urgent maintenance situations
Make decisions on the spot to protect guest experience
Ensure properties are ready and running smoothly at all times
Communicate clearly with the team on issues and resolutions

You are comfortable working weekends

Schedule

Friday to Sunday (primary responsibility)
Based in San Juan and available to visit properties if needed

Compensation

Monthly retainer: $1,200 – $2,000
Based on experience
