*Summary:*
We are looking for a results-driven *Industrial Engineer – Process Improvement Business Partner* to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. You will analyze, design, and implement process enhancements that increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver a better experience for our customers. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, people, and operations.*Responsibilities:*
  • Map and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end optimization projects using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design practical, scalable solutions to operational challenges.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams on structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and root cause investigations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Document and communicate process changes using modeling tools such as Visio, BPMN notation, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Track and report on the business impact of improvement initiatives, including cost savings and efficiency gains.
*Qualifications:*
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management.
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN) and data visualization platforms (Power BI or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills — able to turn complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence without direct authority.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience in a consulting or business partnering environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
