DescriptionOur client, specializing in collections within the hospitality industry, is actively seeking an Accountant to become an integral part of their team.Responsibilities :

Prepare and process invoices, payment applications, and credit notes.
Ensure accuracy in identifying which accounts are affected by transactions.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage bank closings efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to maintain financial records accurately.
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
Support with the Accounting Cycle : Journal entries, month end closed and Ad Hoc reports required by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in a previous similar role
Bilingual ( Verbal and Written in English and Spanish)
Available to work on site at their offices in Metro Area,PR.
