Operations Director

• Lead, develop, and supervise department leaders across Rental, Service, Operations, Inventory, and Purchasing.
• Partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, Business Intelligence, and support teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Establish clear performance expectations, execution cadence, accountability systems, and KPI reporting.
• Promote a culture of employee safety, legal compliance, ethical conduct, and company values.
• Drive organizational readiness and capability-building to support company growth and expansion.
• Own the full operational P&L, including revenue, margins, expenses, and overall profitability.
• Lead all customer-facing activities to ensure a high-quality experience and long-term customer relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of supervisory or management experience in the machinery rental and sales industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction and industrial equipment.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico.
